We are Bumiputera Oil & Gas Company, seeking for dynamic candidates with the following experiences:
Account Assistant
Job Description:
1. Data entry.
2. Maintaining full sets of accounts.
3. Preparation of payments to suppliers.
4. Processing and updating invoices.
5. Updating Cash Book.
6. To prepare and monitor accounts including: Accruals, Prepayment & Bank Journal.
7. Reconciliation of Bank Statement and Balance Sheet.
8. Reconciliation of Creditors Statement.
9. General administration work.
Job Requirements:
1. SPM/Certificate in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience
3. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
4. Computer literate preferably in UBS Accounting software knowledge and Microsoft Words.
5. Results oriented, pro-active, hard-working, systematic with good interpersonal skills, communication skills to relate effectively with people at all levels.
6. Able to work independently.
7. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
8. Bumiputera are encouraged to apply
