Accounts Assistants (HQ - Shah Alam) - Puspakom
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coding and entering financial transactions into the accounting system for monthly closing of accounts.
2. Preparation of bank and payables reconciliation.
3. Liase with auditors.
4. To maintain sundry debtors, deposit, prepayment listings and claims.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Preferable with 1 year working experience in accounts.
3. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Familiar with ACCPAC accounting system will be advantegous.
6. Those who can start work immediately will be an advantage.
7. Willing to work long hours when necessary.
