Our Client, a multinational manufacturing company is looking for suitable candidate to fill the above position. Working location : Kuala Lumpur
Requirements:
1.) SPM, Diploma in Commercial Studies & LCCI Certificates in Book-Keeping and Accounts (Level 2)
2.) Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
3.) Ability to converse in English and Mandarin
4.) Knowledge and understands of accounting procedures
Job description:
1.) To issue cheques and remittance advice
2.) To prepare telegraphic transfer and bank draft application forms
3.) To issue agreement numbers for new cases upon funding and for booked-in cases at the end of the month
4.) To record all outgoing cheques by post, courier and by hand to suppliers
5.) To liaise with marketing staff and suppliers regarding queries on cheques payment
6.) To bank in cheques on behalf of suppliers
7.) To confirm cheques with bank officers
