Accounts Executive (Kuala Lumpur)
Job Description:
1. Prepare full set of account, cost and account reconciliation
2. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting reports and analysis including closing accounts (monthly and year-end)
3. Able to handle general office administration work
4. The suitable candidate will be responsible to assist the Head of Finance to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This includes the various report reconciliation, journals verification, preparation of reports, audit schedules and tax matters, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Knowledge in Account Payable & General Ledgers·
3. Knowledge of UBS System, SAP & Microsoft office are essential
4. Knowledge in Forecasting, Business Plan Preparation & Consolidating Report
5. Knowledge on taxation – Corporation Transfer Pricing & withholding Tax
6. Ability to work independently as well as in team
7. Good communication, reporting and high level of responsibility
8. Good organizational skills and attention to details
9. Minimum 2 years experience in related field· Required language(s): English and Malay
10. Full-Time positions available
11. Applicants must be willing to work in KL
12. Able to work immediately in November/December
