We are a subsidiary of a public company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia with primary activities in the distribution of passenger and commercial vehicles. In line with our rapid business expansion in the automobile industry, we are currently seeking to employ dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to be part of our team:
Administration Assistants (Serdang Raya/Kajang/Jalan Ipoh/Segambut/Rawang/Penang/Butterworth)
Responsibilities:
1. To assist the Branch Manager in the review of status of outstanding balances, accounts receivables and follow-up on collections
2. To monitor the movements of stock vehicles
3. To ensure prompt vehicle registration and renewal of insurance
4. Other related administration duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. STPM/Certificate in Business Management or its equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year’s experience in office administration
3. Possess knowledge in motor insurance, hire purchase and vehicle registration will be an added advantage
4. Meticulous and able to communicate with all levels
