Requirements:
1. STPM/SPM with a minimum of 1 year’s related work experience.
2. Computer literate and fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay and few chinese dialects.
3. Customer service orientation.
4. Those with Crystal product knowledge would have an added advantage
Personal Traits
1. Pleasant, polite, cheerful and willing to learn.
2. Extrovert, confident and comfortable with crowd.
3. Prepared to work long hours including weekends and public holidays.

Interview will be held from Monday to Saturday at Genting Highland Resorts (9.00am to 5.00 pm) and every wednesday in Wisma Genting (10.00am to 4.00pm) except public holidays.
