Assistant Manager - Human Resource & Training (The Summit Hotel USJ, Subang)
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in human resources preferably in hospitality industry
3. Well versed with Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act and other labour legistration
4. Experience in training and development is essential
5. Sound interpersonal, negotiation and strategic planning skills
6. Effective oral and written communication skills
7. Result-oriented, a team player with strong leadership qualities
8. Independent and able to interact well with all levels of employees
