ASSISTANT MANAGER - Operations (based in Kuching)
The Job:
Reporting directly to Operations Manager, this position is responsible for safety, profitability, strategic objectives and leading people.
• To comply and work towards meeting the company’s HSE objectives and policies
• To ensure that all operations activities are carried out following documented procedures of ISO 9001
• To monitor & improve production performance in term of productivity, efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness
• To identify, recommend and implement process improvement opportunities
• To ensure competency as well as monitor performance
• Encourage relationships building among staff
The Requirements:
Possess an Engineering Degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
• Possess good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
