Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad a corporatised body under the Ministry of Human Resources and a manager of the Human Resources Development Fund is looking for a result-oriented, fully commited and higly capable professional to fill up the following position.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
(1 Position - Contract)
(Job Grade: M3)
Responsibilites:
The incumbent is responsible to co-ordinate, facilitate, implement and monitor Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) training and development programmes. He/She is also expected to identify and address training needs of SMEs across all sectors of the economy as well as to provide evaluation of the effectiveness and relevance and quality of training programmes.
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Engineering or related discipline. Those with masters degree will have a distinct advantage
• At least 3 years working experience and have proven experience research and training needs analysis (TNA)
• Must be resourceful, possess high level of commitment and be able to multi-task as well as cope up with tight work schedules
• Excellent interpersonal and commnunication skills. Possess strong command of oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Competent in statistical computer software
