ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1. To perform sales operations activities from sample submission to collections
2. To develop clear account strategies, drive new business initiatives and strategies to meet sales targets mainly in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
3. To analyze customers business needs in order to identify constraints and proactively develop new opportunities.
4. To establish and maintain good relationship with customers and principals
5. To identify and source for potential new business opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Polymer Science.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience preferably in plastics industry.
3. Self-starter who is able to work independently and has a desire to learn and grow with the company.
4. Must be able to communicate (speak, read and write) in English. Ability to communicate in Japanese is an additional advantage.
5. Excellent interpersonal skill and computer literate.
