Call Centre Representative
To attend customer enquiries, requests and complaint via various contact channels, mainly by phone, and provide relevant feedback or solutions
Requirements:
1. SPM or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum 2 years in call centre environment
3. Customer-oriented and possess strong people management skills
4. Good command of English and additional language will be an added advantage
