Job Description:
• Manage and lead a team of Call Centre Officers
• Ensure excellent level of customer service in the team
Job requirements:
• Minimum 2 years service experience working in a contact centre.
• Diploma/Degree in any field. SPM holders are also encourage to apply
• Experience managing and leading a team of minimum 5 people
• Highly driven and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
• Friendly/helpful and able to take stress and work pressure
