Club Management Trainees
(stationed on board our ships in PR China/Hong Kong/Taiwan/Singapore)
Responsibilities:
During the management trainee programme, trainees will be exposed to various aspects of operations and management of the department.
1. To learn and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills of every module trained during the program.
2. To abide and adhere to company policies, regulations and terms of the training during the entire program.
3. To complete the training program within the duration of 20 to 24 months.
4. Upon completion of this Management Trainee Program, the trainee will be identified as part of the management team in specific sections of the department.
Requirements:
1. Age between 22 to 28 years old preferred.
2. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or Statistics.
3. Good command of English.
4. Extrovert personality with strong interpersonal skills
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
