Commercial Loan Manager (Sabah – Based in Kota Kinabalu)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for all the commercial loan related matters.
2. Work closely with Banks on commercial loans to achieve the required volumes.
3. Manage the portfolio of commercial loans.
4. Responsible to facilitate and expedite the required commercial loan approvals.
5. Liaise with all agency managers with regards to commercial loan matters.
6. Ensures that all commercial loans are executed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary guidelines to further optimize performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Banking / Finance or related field.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in Commercial Loan / banking industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, self-motivated and able to thrive in a performance driven environment.

4. High level of energy and commitment towards continual improvement.

5. Excellent in spoken / written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese / Mandarin an added advantage.
