CRM EXECUTIVEÂ (Kuala Lumpur)
Requirements:
1.) Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications / Business Administration or related discipline with 1 – 2 years’ working experience in CRM or client account servicing
2.) Responsible to compile and maintain customer database
3.) Design loyalty program for valued customers and carry out customer relations functions including, regularly updating customers on latest product launches and events
4.) Organise event and road shows as well as coordinate media advertisement
5.) Monitor sales prospects and level of customer satisfaction on our products and services
6.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
