Our client is an international fashion retailer who represents some of the world’s most renowned and exciting international fashion labels. We are now inviting suitable candidates with a passion for fashion to join this fast-growing group in the following capacity.
CRM MANAGER – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Plan and implement exciting marketing programs for VIP customers. Work with target business partners to develop a host of privileges and organize events for the customers
• Manage member recruitment and retention strategies. Analyze the membership database and propose action plans to drive the business
• Train operations teams on how to support and benefit from this CRM program
• Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in direct marketing e.g. in luxury products, fashion, retail or banking industries. Experience in database management or loyalty programs e.g. credit cards would be an advantage
• Possess strong contact with relevant business partners for joint marketing promotions
• Meticulous and possess strong analytical and business skills. Able to produce accurate and timely budget and marketing reports
• Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent spoken and written English
