Responsibilities
1.) Handle inbound and outbound calls, update Genting WorldCard members and the public regarding our resorts’ facilities
2.) Sell and promote rooms, shows and limousine packages as well as to ensure the achievement on the daily sales target set by the Management
Requirements:
1.) Minimum SPM/STPM qualification
2.) Fresh graduates/students who are waiting for their results are encouraged to apply as on the job training will be provided
3.) Good command of English and the ability to converse in local dialects is an added advantage
4.) Willing to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends and able to start immediately
5.) Full-time and Part-Time positions are available
