Customer Service Executive– 2 positions

Job Description:

We need an enthusiastic person to help us to support our online business communities. We provide you an opportunity to learn about business-to-business processes and develop your relationships with companies in the retails, automotive and banking industries.

1. Provide helpdesk support and training on e-commerce services to business community.

2. Liaise with business customers to resolve any business or operational issues.

3. Participate in the implementation of e-commerce services for business customers.

4. Provide support to internal business operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in IT related discipline.

2. 1-2 years of working experience in customer support will be preferred.

3. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Should be proficient in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.

5. Independent and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
