Customer Service Executive-(RM1.5K-RM2.2K)
(Selangor - Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound telephone calls, facsimile and email from customers.
2. Provide information to customers with regard to general and product inquiries as well as understanding customer needs.
3. Identify issues and provide solutions to customers.
4. Ensure that each call is handled in a way that contributes to the overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
2. SPM holders with call center/banking experience are encouraged to apply but must have solid English in communication.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
4. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
6. Computer literate (expected to be able to operate MS Office, such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint at intermediate level).
7. Excellent in communication skill mainly in English.
8. Mandarin/Tamil speakers are encouraged to apply.
9. Full-Time and Contract position available.
10. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
11. Able to work IMMEDIATELY.
12. Able to work on 4 shifts on 24/7 hour (rotational shift).
