Designer cum Site Coordinator (Based in Semenyih, Selangor)
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum diploma / degree in architecture and or Quantity Surveyor
2. Familiar with AutoCAD software
3. Preferably 1-2 years experience and credit in mathematics
4. Must be proactive, independent, self motivated, initiative and able to work in a team
5. Must be creative, design flair and good presentation skills
6. Able to work independently e.g. taking off quantity, estimation, valuation of works & raising purchase order
7. Analysis of client specifications and preparation of materials and labour estimates for civil & construction projects and in bidding & determination of prices
