Duty Manager (Concorde Inn KLIA, Sepang)
Job Requirements:
1. Ensuring the maximization of room revenue & profit and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service
2. Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
3. Excellent spoken/written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Assertive personality with good interactive skills
5. Excellent organization skills, aggressive, able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
6. Familiar with Front Office System, preferably with HOS System.
