Responsibilities:

1.) Lead an effective customer service team throughout the entire Defects Liability period (DLP) to all home owners while ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered

2.) Ensure all works carried out during the DLP, meet highest quality standards

3.) Practise effective management by ensuring proper handing over of vacant possession and tp maintain proper recording during the DLP

Requirements:

1.) Degree/Diploma/Certificate in any related discipline

2.) Minimum 6 to 8 years working experience in Property Maintenance

3.) Independent, hard working and result oriented

4.) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage

5.) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills, both writtena and spoken

6.) Applicants residing in Seremban will have an added advantage
