EXECUTIVES (SALES & ADMINISTRATION) – OSK Property Holdings Berhad
(Kalng Valley/Seremban/Sungai Petani)
Responsibilities:
1.) Check loan agreements cum assignments and deed of notation before fowarding to directors for execution
2.) Prepare monthly billing and collection status report to Head Office
3.) Provide daily and weekly sales and collection report to Head Office
4.) Prepare letter of consent to purchaser or bank for transfer of property
5.) Monitor and follow-up on all loan documentation, outstanding amount and stakeholder sum due by purchasers, financiers and/or solicitors
6.) Handing-over vacant possession
Requirements:
1.) Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or any related discipline
2.) Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
3.) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
4.) Computer literate with good typing skills
