EXECUTIVES (Sales & Marketing) – OSK Property Holdings Berhad

(Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley)

Responsibilities:

1.) Organise sales promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions and road shows

2.) Responsible for the daily operations of the sales office and show village

3.) Handle sales administration, end-financing arrangements and customer service

4.) Assist Sales Manager in planning marketing activities and implementation

Requirements:

1.) Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or any related discipline
2.) At least 2 years sales and/or marketing hands-on experience

3.) Proven track record in marketing and sales of properties

4.) Pro-active, market savvy and result oriented with strong negotiation skills

5.) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken

6.) Possess good business acumen
