GENERAL MANAGER (Sales and Marketing) – OSK Property Holdings Berhad
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
1.) Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies and plans by providing strategic and tactical direction
2.) Identify new business opportunities and ensure feasibility studies are carried out, provide reliable and sound analysis, reports and recommendations on market intelligence, findings and information of other project development activities
3.) Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals and manager all aspects of the sales and marketing function
4.) Develop, plan and ensure effective implementation of advertising, promotions, campaigns and public relations activities to achieve targets
Requirements:
1.) Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or its equivalent
2.) Should have more than 10 years of working exposure in the property development industry with excellent track record and at least five years at senior management level
3.) Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
4.) Result driven with proven track record in sales and marketing preferably in the similar industry
5.) Possess godd business acumen
