The Job:
• To be responsible for the guest satisfaction (at the Front Office) and assisting them in every way possible
Requirements:
• Academic Qualification : SPM or equivalent, Diploma is an advantage
• Min. of 6 years in the position, preferably in the hotel industry
• Assertive personality with good interactive skill
• Malaysian citizenship
• Computer literate
• Willing to work shift
• Computer literate
• Languages: BM, English and other is an advantage
