Requirements:
1. Keen interest in Horses, patient and enjoy outdoor work.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good understanding of horses and their behaviour, nutritional requirements and anatomy.
4. Good horse handling skills and knowledge of training methods.
5. Understand racing rules and procedures.
