We are a Bumiputra Oil & Gas Company, seeking for dynamic candidates with the following experiences to fill our immediate vacancies:
Human Resources Assistant
Job Description:
1. Preparing staff monthly payroll, payment to statutory bodies as well preparing payroll report to HR Manager.
2. Assists in preparing monthly / quarterly / yearly reports i.e. Headcount, Cost Centre, Employment Statistics, Staff Movement and other.
3. Actively participate and support all activities organized, coordinate or initiated by HR Department.
4. To support in updating the HR Department related information in the company intranet to reflect the current structure, process and procedure.
5. Assist the HR & Administration Executive in a day to day clerical human resource functions which include monitoring of staff attendance, employee leave record and updates, typing of human resource letters and document for submission to local authorities, compilation of headcount reports and updates from subsidiaries, interviewing arrangements, office announcement and updating of organization chart
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Office Management or equivalent qualification with 1 – 2 years working experience.
2. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
3. Possess own transport.
4. Applicants should be suitably qualified, experienced and computer literate.
5. Have good communication and organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
6. Competent with Microsoft applicants i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
7. Candidates must have good communication and organizational skills.
8. Pleasant nature, flexible, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, mature and responsible, positive attitude, ability to work with tight deadlines, multitasking capability, able to plan organize work priorities and team player.
