Human Resources Clerk (Sistem Hospital Awasan Taraf Sdn Bhd)

Job Description
1. Responsible in assisting the HR Executive/Manager in handling the full spectrum of human resource matters including payroll and general office administration.
2. To liaise with relevant parties/authorities in regards to employee/Human Resource affairs (EPF, SOCSO, PSMB, Immigration, Industrial Relation department and etc).
3. Maintenance of HR filing and providing general office administrative support services which includes updating and monitoring of leave / attendance records, library and training records, notice board management, Company’s asset management, photostating and filing, etc.
4. Preparing Management reports and undertaking any other duties directed by Management.
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 -3 years experience in general HR / administrative environment.
3. Able to speak good English language and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Knowledge of Malaysian Labour law and payroll is an added advantage.
5. Able to communicate with all level of employees.
6. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
