AN ESTABLISHED LEGAL FIRM IS URGENTLY SEARCHING FOR POTENTIAL CANDIDATES TO JOIN US FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:-
Legal Assistants – Corporate Department (ZUL RAFIQUE & Partners)
Requirements:
1.) Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience;
2.) Good grasp of law relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence exercises, Capital Markets, contract drafting, negotiation skills and company law and regulations;
3.) An exposure to related corporate and commercial transactions would be an advantage
