We are RANHILL BERHAD, a company listed on the Main board Bursa Malaysia. We are a premier engineering and construction corporation with a rapidly expanding global presence, and owners and developers of energy, power, water and infrastructure facilities.
In line with our aggresive expansion and diversification, we are currently looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team to fill in the following positions.
LEGAL EXECUTIVE – Ranhill Berhad
Responsibilities:
1.) Assist in drafting, vetting and reviewing of legal documentation
2.) Rendering internal advice on any legal issues
3.) Liase with external legal advisers where appropriate
Requirements:
1.) A degree in a law from a recognised university with at least second class lower honours
2.) At least 1 -2 years experience in legal practice (corporate & commercial background) oe equivalent experience in public listed company
3.) Self-motivated with an analytical mind, good drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
4.) A team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills
5.) Computer literate and fluent in both written and spoken English
6.) Willing to travel outstation and/or abroad as and when neccessary
