We are involved in the world’s first exclusive Edutainment Park, which is due completion in 2007 is seeking high caliber, enthusiastic and competent individuals to be based in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia.
Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description:
1. To supervise and maintain the smooth daily operations of the buildings.
2. Organisation and realization of all accrued maintenance and repair work.
3. Carries out inspection, repair, overhaul & necessary construction to meet the operation requirements & maintenance of the building’s electrical panels, switch-boards, motors, lighting & power supplies.
4. Assist in the operation of the building’s electrical switch boards, centralized air-conditioning system, water tanks, water pumps, sanitary system & fire protection system.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Knowledgeable in basic electrical, wiring maintenance and appliances.
4. Team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
5. Mature and self-motivated, independent and result-oriented.
6. Bilingual and computer literate.
