We are a local bottler and distributor for PepsiCo beverages international products. Due to our tremendous growth rate, we seek suitable candidates to apply for the following position:
Management Trainee – Bangi (2 positions)
Job Description:
1. Successful candidates will undergo a one year on-the-job training program
2. Trainees will be exposed to the various functions in different departments so as to develop business knowledge and skills related to our operations
3. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are expected to eventually progress into a permanent position in the organization.
4. Job placement will be based on your individual performance during the program and our business requirements at that point of time.
Job Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate from a recognized university with a degree in engineering /finance/accounting/marketing/science/food technology or any other related disciplines. Applicants with one year of experience will also be considered
2. Excellent academic track record with at least second class upper honors degree or equivalent
3. Confident, independent and able to assume a leadership role
4. Energetic, dynamic and resourceful
5. Possess a positive attitude to excel and passion to learn
6. Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
8. Computer literate in MS office applications
9. Active involvement in extra co-curricular activities is an added advantage
