MANAGER / EXECUTIVE – LEGAL AFFAIRS & COMPLIANCE
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely financial and management reports
• Analyse, interpret and advise management on company’s financial data and variances
• Prepare financial forecasts, projections and manage cash flow
• Develop, improve and implement policies and procedures for both finance and administration function
• Liaise with the external and internal auditors, tax agents and other regulatory bodies
• Assist in business development related activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting from recognised Universities
• A member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and/or Qualification (ACCA) will be an added advantage
• Familiar with MS Excel / Spreadsheet
