Personal Financial Advisor (CIMB Bank nationwide)

Responsibilities:
1. To promote and sell Wealth Management products and services to customers.
2. To provide advises on financial planning through investments by analysing customers’ financial situation and risk tolerance for optimum investment opportunities.
3. To be actively involved in cross-product sales activities to ensure optimal customers reach.
4. To process business applications and submit reports to Customer Service Manager, for decisions and approvals.
5. To attend to customers’ requests, inquiries, problems and complaints with high standards of professionalism.
6. To develop and build long-term business relationship with customers.
7. To achieve personal targets as well as assist the branch in achieving the monthly/yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Possess a recognised Degree or any equivalent qualifications. Diploma holder with 1-2 years of related working experience will also be considered.
2. Have a strong desire to generate new business, independent and resourceful with a strong initiative to succeed.
3. Matured personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal and interact with all levels.
