PROJECT MANAGERS/PROJECT ENGINEERS - OSK Property Holdings Berhad

(Kuala Lumpur/Seremban)

Responsibilities:

1.) Provide leadership to ensure successful, cost effective and timely implementation of project deliverables and corporate initiatives

2.) Responsible for overall project management which include project planning, project implementation and quality control

3.) Attend to all development site matters

4.) Ensure that projects are carried out as scheduled and successfully completed within budget

5.) To liase and co-ordinate between consultant and contractors as well as government authorities

Requirements:

1.) Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Construction Management or related discipline

2.) Minimum 5 years exposure to project management in township and/or high-rise development

3.) Exposure and familiarity with local authorities and government regulations

4.) Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
5.) Pleasant disposition and able to work independently and at irregular hours
