Project Officer / Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
1. Able to analyze and check construction plans to ensure there are no discrepancies
2. Perform building material estimation for each project
3. Able to prepare and manage tender documents
4. Maintain and update statistical report for each project
5. Monitor and review project construction progress based on project schedule (Gantt chart)
6. Able to communicate promptly and effectively with all colleagues
7. Prepare necessary reports requested by Project Manager
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
3. Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project
4. Possess good organisation and time management skills
5. Able to work independently as well as within a team
6. Flexible, able to travel and work long hours
7. Responsible, honest, hard working and exudes a positive image
