Quantity Surveyor cum Project Admin
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
1. Able to work independently, self motivated, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
2. Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation order, final accounts.
3. Responsible for preparation of contract documents, progress claim against clients and subcontractors and progress report.
4. To liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
2. Have a minimum of 1 year track record in a similar capacity.
3. Experience in Construction Management is an added advantage.
4. Computer Literate and have good command of Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Possess own transport.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
