Receptionist Cum Admin Clerk.
Job Description
1. Responding to daily incoming call.
2. Ability to take massages and transfer calls as appropriate.
3. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
5. Keep the reception area well maintained and neat.
6. Undertake other administrative duties.
7. Pleasant voice and well groomed.
8. Good telephone etiquette.
9. Minimum SPM with 1-2 Years of working Experience.
10. An excellent command of spoken and written English.
11. Proficient in MS Office applications.
12. Able to start work immediately.
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must posses minimum SPM. Diploma and Degree holders in the relevant discipline are encouraged to apply.
2. At least 1 year experience in a related field
3. Good telephone etiquette and able to converse in English & Bahasa Melayu
4. Professional, committed, independent and well groomed with a cheerful disposition
5. Candidate have to undergo 6 (six) months probationary period.
