We are a subsidiary of a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia with primary activities in the distribution of passenger and commercial vehicles. In line with our rapid business expansion in the automobile industry, we are currently seeking to employ dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to be part of our team:
Regional Training Managers (Kuala Lumpur/Butterworth/Johor Bahru/Kuantan/Kota Kinabalu)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the training needs of sales force towards meeting business and organizational needs
2. Conduct sales, customer service and product knowledge training
3. Coordinate and facilitate other training activities and to ensure the smooth implementation of the training plan
4. Follow-up and monitor the progress of all sales personnel who attended the various training program conducted
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
3. Design/develop and conduct training programs in areas of Sales and Customer Service skills
4. Able to establish strategies to support training and development efforts. Assist in formulation of training procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
5. Strong analytical, consultancy and effective people management skills
6. A team player with positive mental attitude, excellant communication and interpersonal skills
7. Able to conduct training effectiveness evaluation and prepare progress report for trainees
