Sales Executive (New York Hotel Johor Bahru)
Job Description:
1. Promote and sell rooms, conference and function facilities to individuals, corporate, government sectors, travel agents, clubs and associations.
2. Prepare daily and weekly sales schedules.
3. Monitor and maintain corporate clients account through Cardex System File.
4. Follow-up on clients needs for function, conference and group.
5. To submit Sales Call Reports to Director of Sales by weekly.
6. Co-ordinate and assist the Sales Co-ordinator to all in-house functions.
7. To increase on existing / new accounts results with aggressive sales and marketing strategies.
8. To prepare sales quotation.
9. To conduct in a professional manner and maintain a good rapport with clients.
10. Ensure effective communication with all departments / department heads.
11. erformance of other duties will be assigned by the Director of Sales from time to time.
Job Requirement:
1. Preferably Female
2. Fresh graduate with diploma in hospitality and without experience are encourage to apply.
3. Posses own transport and valid driving licence.
