Sales Representatives (Based in KL and JB)
The Job:
1. Achieve net sales target.
2. Collection made vs budget.
3. Total selling job (execution) and missionary selling (building goodwill)
4. Perform promotion activities:
- Selling promotion activities.
- Merchandise and display setup.
5. Service customer and sell full line of products.
6. Full market coverage in your territory.
7. Help solve customer’s problem amd handle complaint calls.
8. Conduct training for salon counter personnel.
9. Must generate a stream of new customers.
10. Call on prospects previously never contacted.
11. Update Market census.
The Person:
1. Minimum SPM
2. Preferably with 1 year of sales experience.
3. People oriented with positive attitude and fashioned oriented.
4. Chronic hunger for money and natural tendency to be competitive with profit.
5. A habit of persistency, hardworking without close supervision.
6. Pleasant personality, show great initiative and self-confidence.
7. Considerably travelling and service oriented.
8. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
9. Posses own transport.
