Sales Team Lead – Mortgage
(Kangar, Alor Setar, Penang, Ipoh, Shah Alam, Seremban, Melaka, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bharu, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu)

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team to actively promote and market AmBank’s housing loans to achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Attend new housing project launches on weekdays and weekend.
3. Build contacts, networks, relationships and rapport with housing developers, solicitors, real estate and mortgage brokers.
4. Project AmBank as a premier mortgage player and financier.

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any related discipline.
2. Experience in mortgage sales more than 5 years are preferred. Those with vast sales experience in other industry are also encouraged to apply.
3. Productive, customer oriented and able to work independently.
4. Confident and resourceful.
5. Posses good communication, marketing and interpersonal skills, multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
6. Preferably with transport.
