Secretary
Job Description
1. Report to Executive Director
2. Manage the secretarial and administrative work of the department
3. Plan and monitor the meetings and schedules
4. Take and write minutes of meetings
5. Check and verify monthly expenses claims
6. Attend to the required travel arrangements
7. Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries
Job Requirements
1. Diploma / Professional Certificate in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years secretarial and administration experience
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
4. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
5. Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
6. Candidate with exposure in property development industry are encouraged to apply
