Responsibilities:
1. To acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment.
2. Manage customer relationships to increase share of wallet under “Farmer” concept.
3. Provide financial planning advice to customers.
4. Meets budget for both AUM and CUM.
5. Takes initiatives and run activities to source leads.
6. Keep abreast of customers’ needs and conduct regular updates on market trends and competitors’ programme offerings and activities for target customers.
Requirements:
1. Possess a recognised Degree or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of banking / sales / marketing work experience.
3. Ability to communicate well in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Proactive with strong sales drive.
5. Computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office & etc.
6. Team Player.
7. Highly mobile and willingness to travel.
