We are Bumiputera Oil & Gas Company, seeking for dynamic candidates with the following experiences:
System Analyst
Job Description:
1. Gather and analyze organizational data for developing information systems.
2. Study existing business procedures and computer programs to determine how both could be better organized and structured for the betterment of the organization.
3. Study technological and business trends to be able to recommend changes to technology and business process to take advantage of advances in both.
4. Design and guide the implementation of business computed-based information systems.
5. Prepare and present reports to management as needed.
6. To work closely with IT for infrastructure setup.
7. To perform server administration tasks and setup e.g. backup, tuning, database restore and etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
2. 1 – 2 years working experience in related field.
3. Experience or knowledgeable with designing and maintaining flexible and scalable overall architecture of IT systems and facilities, including the following:
- Desktop/Workstation, Server & Storage technology and operating systems
- Application System and data architecture (client server and three tier web apps Design)
- Good networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, TCP/IP
4. Team player with good communications and language skills.
5. Hardworking, result oriented person with a keen eye for innovation.
6. Project management skills will be advantageous.
7. Strong communication, trouble shooting and analytical skills.
8. Other software skill useful to fulfill the required job description.
