Telephone Interviewers – Cardas Research & Consulting Group Sdn Bhd
Cardas Research and Consulting Sdn Bhd carries out a wide range of telephone research projects in our purpose-built Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Unit in our office in Kelana Jaya. We use our unit to conduct both business-to-business and consumer research.
We require frequently reliable and self-motivated people with an excellent telephone manner (essential) to gather information about a variety of topics with members of the public.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
1.) Good communicator
2.) Able to pay attention to detail
3.) Able to work under pressure and to achieve set targets
4.) Be methodical and organised
5.)Â Possess basic computer skills
No selling involved. No experience is required, as full training will be given.
Full and part time work available, including Saturday shifts.
