Training Officer
Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or equivalent
2. At least 2 years experience in training and development in a manufacturing environment
3. Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills passes trainee competency
4. Knowledge and understanding of adult learning process, principles and training methods, techinques and format
5. Creative, people oriented, proactive, result oriented and resourceful
6. Familiar with HRDF requirements
7. Computer literate with excellent command in Microsoft Office i.e Words, Excel, PowerPoint
