Account Management Officer (AMO) (Kuala Lumpur)

Job Requirements

1. Candidates should be Diploma / Degree holder.
2. Preferably age, 30 years and below.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Disciplined, possess a positive mental attitude, steely determination, strong character and outgoing personality.
5. The AMO shall competent the Sales Team especially in the area of client servicing & training, account & relationship management, problem solving, collection and other activities as specified by the Company.
6. This is a proactive position and requires the AMO to ensure clients under their charge can expect the best in service excellence.
7. The person shall have direct & face to face interaction with customer skills.
8. Those with relevant experience are encourage to apply.
9. Fluency in written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin (spoken) is an advantage.
10. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
