Admin Assistant
Job Description
1. Perform various administrative duties
2. Flexible team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assist as an administrative backup for other team members
3. Answer and transfer telephone calls, takes messages, distributes mail, receives and disseminates all communications for the department
4. Doing research and source for new lists for databases (eg. Via Internet searches or relevant industry websites)
5. Monitoring of office supplies and stationery
6. Compiling monthly report
7. Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
1. Minimum A Levels or its equivalent
2. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office application
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Posses good telephone etiquette & communication skills
6. Applicant must be willing to work in P.J. Selangor
